About The Role

If you're a proactive and hardworking Product Specialist who loves getting into the detail then you'll love this job!

We want all customers to have the best experience - whether shopping for a washing machine, TV or laptop. We need someone to help drive this experience forward.

Working alongside our awesome team of product and category specialists, you will be helping deliver engaging product listings across hundreds of SKUs. Plus, be on hand to help deliver our biggest product launches.

Our Product Experience Team is based at our head office in Bolton but we offer a hybrid of home and office working.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for the uploading, auditing and optimisation of new product setup across all UK categories.
As a PX’er you’ll spend time updating and maintaining comms with our internal trade, marketing and contact teams as well as external brand teams.

  • You'll maintain current product information and add new products to our retail site.
  • Working with suppliers, brands and product managers to ensure all product information meets the high standard we offer to customers.
  • Ensuring all products are set up to meet go-live dates.
  • Auditing live SKUs and optimising key components to meet commercial goals
  • Working with copy and content teams to ensure consistency is met across the website
  • Managing facet and lister navigation through impeccable product spec delivery

A Few Things About You

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and work within tight timescales
